Wiggin' Out

My best friend since elementary school is getting married! For her bachelorette trip we spent a very eventful day in Orlando. We went indoor skydiving, took a dance class and had a night out on the town. For our night out we all wore hott pink wigs and Katy wore a platinum blonde one. We got plenty of looks before the night was over. It was hard for me to understand that SO many people didn't "get it". I mean, did they really think we all just wore hott pink wigs for no reason!? Anyway, we had a blast! I don't think that I have laughed that much in a really long time.

Book Barn

I spent another long day in my classroom today. A HUGE thank you to Amanda and Audrey for helping. Amanda has such a large heart. She spent her day helping me move furniture, clean and decorate. I am honored to call her my friend. Hopefully, I can return the favor when she has a classroom of her own. I am also thankful for Audrey. I think I almost caused her to have a heart attach when she saw the VERY messy closet. Her need for organization helped put the finishing touches on the furniture placement.

 I wanted to share some pictures of the book barn. I think that my students are going to love the housekeeping center in the bottom.

Here it goes...

After reading all of my friend's blogs...I decided I wanted to give it a try. I mentioned it to Garrett and he said, "You want to do WHAT?!" I spent the afternoon with my friend making favor bags for this weekend's bachelorette party. We had talked about it earlier in the day and I (Franne) finally just did it. I have been up for about two and a half hours trying to perfect my layout. It isn't going as planned. I am going to need some help! I think that it is finally time to close the computer and try again another day.
